In order to support and guide its Board of Directors, ESIM can count on four permanent committees as well as three workgroups. Our four permanent committees (Governance and ethics; Human Resources, Internal audit and Funding) ensure the quality of ESIM’s governance and general administration. For their part, the three workgroups are directly associated to each of ESIM’s three areas of work. Each of the committees and workgroups meet regularly so as to maintain a long term vision of the services to be offered by ESIM. The committees and workgroups are made up of at least one ESIM employee, at least one member of ESIM’s Board of Directors and people who are directly involved in each distinct service sector.
